any equine may aquire these, but regular equines can only have the lowest levels, while seers can go as far as possible. Powers may be found in Juskit.

SmokeScreen - Enables the user to slightly manipulate another horses thoughts, or to confuse them.
Coat of Fire - Whoever uses this becomes blazing hot to the touch, but the user does not feel or notice this. Anyhorse who touches the user gets a major burn.
Against air: Can burn opponent minorly when attacking, but opponent will not be burned when attacks user.
Against water: No burn whatsoever, but user is still very hot to the touch
FlameDance - Conjures up a flame which can take the shape of anything, which will 'dance.' Opponent, or any other horse who is not fire, becomes entranced and the user may do what they wish with whoever they use this on.
Aganst water: After one post, victem snaps out of it.

WaterWeaving - The user can read minds of one chosen horse, and use telepathy with the chosen horse.
Statue of Ice - Opponent or any chosen horses are frozen for 1 post. Fire can burn their way out, but lightning is stiff and slightly shaky for 2-3 posts.
WaterTight - one item or horse is not affected by water for 5 posts. They can breathe underwater, and they do not get wet, and go much faster than usual in the water.
Choker - Opponent becomes choked up and cannot breathe easily for a bit.
Against Lightning: Opponent recovers quickly, but is shaky.
Tsunami - User calls up tons of water to drench opponent.
Against Fire: Opponent can no longer use flames, and if the wave is big enough user gets an automatic win.
Against Lightning: For one round can only defend
